A theoretical view on Dopamine Modulation
Dopamine modulation is taken as a test case for the possible function of 'slow' synapses of single neurons. We discuss possible innuences on diierent receptor types on computational properties of single neurons. Furthermore implications for networks of spiking neurons concerning temporal synchronization processes are also discussed.
